Sean my Technician sent a video of issues he found along the way and explained everything in detail and made me feel confident in the work being performed. My XT5 feels like a new car now and I am totally satisfied. StepOne Cadillac will be the only place I bring my Cadillac now for servcie! They even washed and cleaned my SUV after!!!
