John Ming!!!! This salesman was an absolute PROFESSIONAL in his craft! Just got off the phone requesting help as I bought an Alfa Romeo Stelvio unknown that it had bald front tires and a brake pad service light (I was too excited by its beauty to notice its flaws). Outstanding response and support from Tommy McClammy and Joseph Barzelay on the trade and purchase of my 2026 GMC Sierrs 1500 SLT! From the offer to the completion of the sale I was treated fairly and with excellent attention to making me feel as a VIP. One small glitch in the paperwork was addressed quickly and to my complete satisfaction. This is my second vehicle from Step One Buick GMC Pensacola. Probably won't be my last.
