Regular Maintenance: You must perform all factory-recommended maintenance on the vehicle and keep records.
Authorized Service: You should have the recommended services performed at a pre-authorized service center.
Record Keeping: You are responsible for keeping accurate records of all your maintenance.
Inspection: You are responsible for returning to the original Step One Dealership every 7 years for a complimentary powertrain inspection.

Yes—coverage applies to preowned vehicles that are within the last 5 model years and have fewer than 50,000 miles.
Are there any excluded vehicles from the Forever Warranty?
All electric vehicles, regardless of make/model or new/used condition, are excluded from the Forever Warranty Program. Additionally, all European brand vehicles, except for Alfa Romeo and Volkswagen, regardless of make/model or new/used condition, are also excluded from the Forever Warranty Program.
